POST: Assignment

Our waking up might be of some value,
for more than just feeding off the menu.
So easy to break and prone to forsake,
need maybe awake, to know what’s at stake. 
Given the fortune to see and to choose,
what to go after, you feel you won’t lose.
Before it’s too late to make our amends,
having had betrayed our lovers and friends. 
Before Time and our body’s prognosis,
becomes one that’s entirely  hopeless.
Might well to wake up and come to a bit,
than remaining on our our lowest wit.
Sleeping under Fortune’s incessant fate and sway,
awake, tool, stone, and sculptor all one on the way.

What are you doing on this earth,
if not just inflating your ego and girth?

        COMMENTARY

Although one should be careful here.  Since there’s a difference between Destiny and the Scheme of Things.  Destiny usually thought of as something one cannot escape from.
          When the Scheme of things is thought more as, how things will and do, fall into place.  Sorted, having had some direction, although not limited to only one possibility, or destiny for mankind on the earth.  Still open to influence from the beyond,  maintaining a creative potential within our Classical Newtonian determined world. 
          There being a difference between predestination and one’s being driven, i.e. held and pushed and established by proximate circumstance, yet still open to influence and change and thus to further possibility. 
          Since in Quantum Physics  any one action (when as a wave before at the particle level), there is, at any moment of time the possibility, the potential to interact with some other, thought random wave, string, thought, actor, frequency, action, potential,  if in fact that potential is desultory.  Resulting in an infinite number of possible existences, dimensions and/or universes in each and every moment in what is thought to be time.
          Out classical Newtonian physics, the world as we conventionally know it, the result of the former’s wave collapse into our physical, particled, material, world. 
           That’s if, it’s not all merely a dream. Be that the ‘Idealist’, and some of the Mystics, have never quite been proven wrong, or right, in and for that matter.  Still in contention here. Since mankind has never been able to view any experimental evidence outside of our own perception and consciousness.  Despite even, if it’s ever to be done by AI,  still we will never be able to  know it.  Since we’ll always need to view its results, through both from and the lense of our  consciousness.
          The thought here is not, either one or the other, but rather how they, both material existence and consciousness interact, with one another and how they influence each other.
